Your IQOS doesn't charge.

What to do if your device is not charging.

If your IQOS ORIGINALS device is not charging as it should, try the following:

  1. Always use the accompanying IQOS ORIGINALS power adapter and USB cable.
  2. Refrain from charging with a laptop, as this may interrupt the charging.
  3. Always keep the contacts between the holder and the pocket charger clean. This will ensure that your holder is charged quickly enough by the pocket charger.
  4. Give sufficient time for the holder to be fully charged. You'll know it's fully charged when the LED on your holder lights up with a short press.

What to do when your IQOS ORIGINALS pocket charger is not charging?

If a pocket charger status light on the pocket charger is blinking red it might be giving a warning about its charge. Ensure the optimal charging for your device:

  1. Use IQOS ORIGINALS power adapter and USB cable. Some third parties' adapters and cables may interrupt the charging.
  2. Refrain from charging with a laptop. This may also interrupt the charging.
  3. Check the charging cable entrance of your pocket charger. If there is any blockage, remove the blockage by gently blowing from a distance.
  4. Check if your IQOS ORIGINALS power adapter and cable is working. You can check by trying to charge your pocket charger with another power adapter and cable.
