Ensure the optimal charging for your device

Follow these steps to ensure the optimal charging for your device:

1. Place the IQOS ORIGINALS Holder in the Pocket Charger.
2. After pressing the button on the Pocket Charger, you can see the charging status based on the light strips. If only one light strip is displayed, the charge level of the Pocket Charger is too low.
3. Only use the corresponding IQOS ORIGINALS power adaptor and USB cable. The light strips pulsate while the Pocket Charger is charging.
4. Refrain from charging with a laptop. This may also interrupt the charging.
5. Clean the contacts between pocket charger and holder: go check our step-by-step guide on “How to clean the contacts” of your device.
6. Make sure that the Pocket Charger is fully charged so that you can enjoy up to 20 uses with your device. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge your device from an electrical outlet when using the IQOS ORIGINALS Power Adapter.

How to check the battery level of your IQOS ORIGINALS

To check the level of charge of your device, briefly press and release the pocket charger button. The Battery Status lights will turn on and indicate the level of charge:

4 LEDs white light - more than 75% charged
1 LED white light -  low charge. Need to charge.
