Common HEETS Issues

How to solve issues with your HEETS tobacco stick.

If you take a puff and feel that you only get a little bit of tobacco aerosol from IQOS compared to previous experiences, it may be caused by how the tobacco stick is inserted in the device and whether the cap was cleaned properly.

Please ensure you first check the following:

1. That you correctly inserted the tobacco stick in the IQOS ORIGINALS holder without breaking or turning it.

2. Once the tobacco stick has been inserted, it is important that you don’t twist or turn it so that the IQOS heating blade is well positioned in the tobacco stick and optimal functioning is ensured.

3. You have followed instructions for regular IQOS ORIGINALS holder cleaning.

4. You have checked for tobacco residue inside the holder from the previously consumed tobacco stick as it may block the airflow coming from the IQOS ORIGINALS holder.

To avoid low or no aerosol during your experience with IQOS ORIGINALS, make sure you regularly clean your device and always remove used tobacco sticks from the IQOS ORIGINALS holder once the experience is finished. And remember to always lift the cap before removing the tobacco stick from the holder.
