The new IQOS ILUMA: What does it mean for previous IQOS generation users?

The newest heated tobacco device – IQOS ILUMA – is now available in the Philippines! But what does it mean if you own a previous IQOS generation device such as IQOS Originals, IQOS 3 DUO/Multi, or IQOS 2.4 PLUS?

With the arrival of IQOS ILUMA, our support for previous IQOS devices has not changed either.

IQOS Customer Care will still be available for you. If your device is not working and eligible for replacement, we will replace it for you free of charge.

We also continue to provide international assistance for IQOS owners in over 40 countries where IQOS devices are sold. All benefits from the membership in the IQOS CLUB also remain.

The HEETS^TM tobacco sticks will remain available for purchase. However, they cannot be used with the new IQOS ILUMA device – only the TEREA tobacco sticks are designed to be used with this series.
