1. General Terms & Conditions

  • One offer cannot be combined with any other offers

2. Refer a Friend

2.1. Reward for The Referral​

Program starting from October 15, 2024 and can be stopped at anytime without prior notice.

  • The Referral get a special offer worth: ​

  • Limited offer is only valid by mentioning UNIQUE CODE.​

2.2. Reward for the Referrer

  • The Referrer has joined the IQOS Club Indonesia as of October 1st , 20
  • The Referrals can get a reward of E-Voucher IDR 100,000 for the first (1) Referrals, fifth referrals (5), tenth referrals (10) and fifth-teen referrals (15). Who successfully joins IQOS Club Indonesia and registers devices at www.iqos.com
  • The Referrals can get a reward of E-Voucher IDR 50,000 for every next referrals. Who successfully joins IQOS Club Indonesia and registers devices at www.iqos.com
  • Referrer can receive additional rewards in form of E-Voucher, if at least 5/10/15 of the Referrals registered and successfully join IQOS Club Indonesia and register the device starting October 15th , 2024.
  • The Referrer may receive a maximum of 15 rewards separately and cannot be combined at the same time for the purchase of IQOS devices or accessories on www.iqos.com.
  • Reward not valid for any IQOS products/ alcohol beverages/ children's product
  • Rewards will be received no later than 3x24 hours via registered email, after The Referral joins as a member at IQOS Club Indonesia and registers his IQOS device at www.iqos.com.
  • The redemption period for program reward expires on October 1st, 2024.
  • Rewards cannot be cashed in or be transferred.
  • The program valid upon reward stock availability.

2.3 Free Delivery Special Offer

  • Special offer is valid for the purchase worth a minimum of IDR 145k in 1 transaction and automatically applied by system.

3. IQOS CLUB Loyalty Special Offer

  • IQOS Club Loyalty is a no-charge consumer program. As an IQOS Club Indonesia member, you can participate and collect points to get various benefits.
  • You will receive the benefit via email a maximum of 2 days after Unlock loyalty.
  • Offer must be use within their validity period that may varied for each of benefit offers.

4.1. 30 Days Challenge

  • You will receive +25 status points for each mission.
  • You will receive up to 500 points if you complete all the missions

4.2. IQOS Club Space 

  • Privileges apply to IQOS Club Member who have unlocked loyalty and can show their loyalty page on IQOS.com to merchant’s staff
  • IQOS Club Member need to fill out a form and give information about their loyalty status and email address that has been registered on IQOS.com
  • Form can be accessed via QR code provided at each merchant.

  • Privileges cannot be cashed out or transferred to other parties 
  • Privileges cannot be used to purchase alcohol or IQOS products
  • Outlets will be added on a regular basis on the website

4.3. IQOS Accessories

  • Points can only be earned if you purchase IQOS accessories from the website IQOS.com.

5.4. Validity Period of Status and Loyalty Points

  • Status points are accumulated during the status period, which runs from January 1 to December 31 of each year. 
  • Your membership at IQOS Club Loyalty will be extended until the end of the following year, especially during the first year.
  • When your status period expires at the end of the second year after joining (on December 31), it will be restarted (on January 1) with zero points (0)
  • When your status period ends at the end of the third year after you join (on December 31), your status period will restart according to the points collected during your second year of joining (on January 1) with zero (0) points.
  • When IQOS Club points are reset and your tier returns to Silver, you will no longer receive e-vouchers for tier Silver. However, if your points reset to Gold status, you can continue to redeem the e-voucher, and as you upgrade tiers, you will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with each tier level.
