Terms and Conditions IQOS 14 Days Lending Program

1.         Requirements

1.1     These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to and govern your participation in the "IQOS 14 Days Lending Program" program ("Program"). You are required to read and understand these Terms and Conditions, which establish your legal relationship with PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna (“We”), as the owner of the Program.

1.2     Program is only available to: (i) adult smokers and/or users of other tobacco products aged 21 years or older, (ii) residing in the cities listed on the "IQOS 14 Days Lending Program" page at IQOS.com, within a 30-kilometer delivery radius from the city center. Participants must present a valid ID (KTP/SIM) or another legally valid document in the Republic of Indonesia ("Participants").

1.3     IQOS is a better alternative for enjoying the authentic taste of tobacco ("Device"). IQOS ILUMA emits 95% less harmful chemicals compared to cigarettes.* Important information: This does not necessarily equal a 95% reduction in risk. IQOS ILUMA is not risk-free. * “95% less” represents the average reduction in levels of the 9 chemicals recommended for reduction in cigarette smoke by the World Health Organization, which do not include nicotine. 1.4     Program offers an opportunity to use IQOS for 14 calendar days without an initial device purchase, allowing Participants to experience IQOS before deciding to buy an IQOS ILUMA or BONDS BY IQOS starter kit.

Program begins after Participants register and attend a "Product Demonstration" with the following tester device options:

a.         IQOS ILUMA

b.         IQOS ILUMA ONE

c.         BONDS BY IQOS

Tester devices used in the program are cleaned and quarantined according to hygiene protocols. TEREA/BLENDS products can be purchased at the start of the lending period, with a recommendation of 3 packs for an optimal experience during the lending period, through cashless payment. All TEREA variants are available. TEREA/BLENDS products that have been purchased and used during the Program period are non-refundable.

1.5     Registration for the Program can be done via the IQOS.com website, IQOS Experts, official IQOS stores, or our Customer Service Agent at 1500-975 (Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 WIB).

1.6     By signing the Terms and Conditions of the Program, you agree to and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Program as established and applicable within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

1.7     Devices (IQOS ILUMA/BONDS BY IQOS) and TEREA/BLENDS in this Program are strictly for personal use by the Participants and must not be transferred or assigned to others, either for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

1.8     Participant must provide accurate and complete personal information (such as name, place and date of birth, smoking status, email address, phone number, and delivery address) during registration. Failure to provide this information may result in the inability to complete registration. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the Program.

1.9     To withdraw from the 14 Days IQOS Lending Program, please contact us to return the borrowed device and terminate your participation.

2.         Services

2.1     As part of your transition from smoking to IQOS, we provide a lending package including a pocket charger (for IQOS ILUMA/BONDS BY IQOS), holder, AC power adapter, USB cable, and other supporting materials.

2.2     The lending package is provided after Participants complete a “Product Demonstration,” register for the Program, and make payment via debit/credit card (cash not accepted) if there’s any TEREA/BLENDS purchase. The package is available for a 14-day period starting the day after registration.

2.3      Registration in the Program does not automatically grant membership in IQOS Indonesia or transaction rights on IQOS.COM. Additional TEREA/BLENDS purchases during the Program period can be arranged through the Program team.

2.4      Upon completing the Program, Participants must return the tester device in good working condition if they decide not to purchase a new device. Tester devices are not for sale. The return deadline is 10 calendar days after the Program ends. Delays must be communicated to the IQOS Lending team or customer care (1500-975, Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 WIB).

3.         Obligations

You agree to:

3.1     Take all necessary precautions to maintain the device in optimal condition.

3.2     Use the device personally and appropriately, following the provided instructions.

3.3     Not misuse the Program or its services.

3.4     Not transfer the device or package to others, wholly or partially.

3.5     Pay 70% of the device’s retail price if damage or loss occurs due to:

I. Damage caused by altering, modifying, or adding paint colors/stickers to the IQOS ILUMA / BONDS BY IQOS charger and holder.

II. Damage caused by altering, modifying, or removing the serial number on the charger and/or holder.

III. Devices that have been disassembled and/or modified without authorization from PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna

IV. Loss of the device.

3.6     Comply with the Program’s Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

3.7     Return the device if not purchasing after the Program, as per point section number 2.

3.8     Acknowledge that completed transactions are non-cancellable.

4.         Call Center

For issues during the Program, contact the 14 Days IQOS Lending Program team or our Customer Service Agent at 1500-975 (Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 WIB). If medically advised to stop using IQOS, return the device to the IQOS Booth where registered.
