- If it does, we’ll try to fix the issue.
- If we can’t fix the issue, we’ll give you a new one—either the same product or one that will give you the same functionality.

- uninterrupted and error-free functionality of the Product
- malfunction and/or damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to aging of this Product
- cosmetic damages (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic, etc.) that do not impact the functionality of the Product
- damage caused to the Product by misuse, power surge, improper handling, liquid contact or fire
- malfunction due to use with non-compatible product, manufactured either by Philip Morris International or third-party manufacturers
- damage or malfunction caused by an attempt to open, modify (including modifications to the firmware) and repair, either by a user or by a service provider not accredited by the manufacturer
- damage or malfunction caused by failure to use as described in the associated Quick Start Guide or in contravention of the firmware license agreement
- product battery performance degradation—batteries are consumable parts and their performance degradation and use over time is not a manufacturing or a workmanship defect and is excluded from this warranty*
- Product containing fully or partially non-genuine parts
- Product for which serial numbers have been removed or altered
- any malfunctions caused by the firmware of the Product, including where your Product is not using the latest version of the firmware, unless these malfunctions have occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- “Incidental” or “Consequential” damages, subject to the disclaimer found below
If you accidentally damaged your device (ex: you dropped the device), you can use your Accidental Damage Coverage. We reserve the right to exercise discretion in the handling of Accidental Damage Coverage claims.
Accidental Damage Coverage does not apply if you have the following claims:
- Devices with a serial number that has been altered, defaced, or removed
- the loss or theft of your Device
- cosmetic damage to your Device which does not affect the functionality of the Device, including, but not limited to, hairline cracks, scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports and discoloration.
- damage or failure caused by normal wear and tear and/or usage of the Device
- malfunction due to use with non-compatible product
- failure due to defects in materials and/or workmanship and/or design.
