Can I replace an IQOS part (Holder or Pocket Charger) or IQOS device?

If you are experiencing issues with your device, we will conduct a diagnostic. If we can’t fix the issue, you can replace the malfunctioning part (Holder or Pocket Charger) under your Limited Warranty or Accidental Damage coverage.
Your replacements will be the same color and/or model, if possible. If it’s not, your preferred color/model may not be in stock, or there could be an applicable law affecting what we can do.
If you need to replace your IQOS ORIGINALS, please make sure that:

  • Your IQOS ORIGINALS device (Pocket Charger and Holder) is within the 12-month Limited Warranty and Accidental Damage Coverage from the date of purchase.
  • You bought your device in the United States of America.
  • You can show proof of purchase (You need this to make a claim.)
