Most often, blade breakage is the result of misuse of the device. Therefore, a broken blade typically will not be covered under the warranty. But don't worry because IQOS offers an accidental damage coverage program, so we will replace the device up to two times.*

The heating blade in my IQOS Holder is broken. What do I do now?
If your IQOS device is broken and you are looking to replace the heating blade under warranty, go directly to Troubleshooting or Diagnostics.
What can cause the heating blade in an IQOS to break?
The heating blade is the most fragile element in an IQOS holder. The blade comes into direct contact with the tobacco, heating it to the desired temperature. The most common causes of blade breakage are:
- Cleaning the holder with something other than a designated IQOS cleaning tool or cleaning stick.
- Twisting the HEETS stick inside the holder.
- Not cleaning your IQOS regularly, which allows tobacco residue to accumulate.
