What Does the Red Light on My IQOS Holder Mean?

The red light on IQOS 3 DUOS & Original shows an indication of malfunction with the holder heating system. A dim flashing red light which flickers while charging, points out that the battery holder has reached the end of its usage.

The LED battery status on the side of the pocket charger indicates device failure or use outside of the optimal operating temperature range (10°C - 40°C).

Please reset your device and make sure your device is within the optimal temperature range.
