How Can I Get Special E-Voucher Offer from the IQOS MGM Program?
The IQOS member get member (MGM) program is an opportunity for you to get special rewards every time you successfully refer your friends* to join as IQOS Club Indonesia members.
*Friends are adult smokers or adult users of other nicotine-containing products (21+) and not pregnant women.

The new rewards are Grab Food & Traveloka e-vouchers.
How to get rewards from the MGM program?
Simply refer your friends* to become IQOS Club Indonesia members. MGM Rewards are categorized based on the number of successful referrals:
- Rp. 50,000 Grab Food e-voucher for the first reference
- Rp. 50,000 Grab Food e-voucher and additional Rp. 50,000 Grab Food e-voucher for the 5th reference
- Rp. 50,000 Grab Food e-voucher and additional Rp. 100,000 Traveloka e-voucher for the 10th reference
- Rp. 50,000 Grab Food e-voucher and additional Rp. 150,000 Traveloka e-voucher for the 15th reference
- For references 2-4, 6-9, and 11-14 will get Rp. 25,000 Grab Food e-voucher
Where can I get the e-voucher?
The e-voucher will be sent via email a maximum of 5 days after the reference is successfully registered, if you opt-out and not receiving any information from us, you can visit IQOS.com to activate receiving marketing emails (opt-in) on the profile page or you can contact our Customer Service at 1500-975.
The Traveloka e-voucher code link sent to your registered email address can be used after you click the redeem button, and the voucher code will be available for 48 hours after the first click. After that, you can immediately use the code that appears on the Traveloka application or website.
How long is the validity period of e-vouchers?
The average validity period of e-vouchers is 3 months from the date you receive them.
Are there any special provisions for e-vouchers?
Yes, e-vouchers are non-transferable & not valid for purchasing IQOS devices, tobacco/nictone products, alcoholic beverages, and children's products.
I have participated in the referral program in the previous period, can I get the e-voucher?
You can immediately make a new referral starting from October 17, 2024 to get the MGM program reward in the form of an e-voucher (Grab Food and/or Traveloka).
The previous program reward in the form of discounts for devices & accessories can no longer be used.
Is there a reward if I make more than 15 referrals?
No, currently the MGM program only provides rewards for the first 15 referrals, if you have referred more than 15 referrals, you can get rewards through loyalty programs such as tier upgrades/birthdays.
