What should I do if I haven't used my IQOS ORIGINALS for a long time?

If you haven’t used your device for a long time, first, make sure there’s no visible damage. If you don’t see any, try to charge it.

If your battery is completely drained, it may take up to 15 minutes for your charging lights to turn on. If anything doesn’t seem to be working like it should, please stop using the device.
