The white lights on the Holder indicate your IQOS is performing an action normally. This could be charging, resetting or indicating a ready-to-use or fully charged status.
The white lights on your Pocket Charger indicate that the temperature where you are is outside the recommended range to use your IQOS (under 32°F or over 104°F).
