What do I do if I cannot put the HEETS tobacco stick into the IQOS Holder?

If you have difficulties inserting the HEETS tobacco sticks in the IQOS Holder, the first three things to check are:

  • Is there any tobacco residue in the Holder?
  • Is the heating blade clean?
  • Is the Holder cap fully closed?

Regularly cleaning your device will keep it in prime condition for use.
