If you have difficulties inserting the HEETS tobacco sticks in the IQOS Holder, the first three things to check are:
- Is there any tobacco residue in the Holder?
- Is the heating blade clean?
- Is the Holder cap fully closed?
Regularly cleaning your device will keep it in prime condition for use.
