The IQOS ILUMA PRIME TIME 2024 PROMO with details provided in ANNEX A (“Promotion”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Promotion) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer/Participant”). This Promotion will give away a total of 35 ILUMA Prime devices to those who sign-up on the microsite published on IQOS Philippines Facebook Page. The Promotion will be communicated on official IQOS Philippines digital channels such as but not limited to IQOS.com, IQOS Philippines Facebook Page, IQOS PH Viber, and/or IQOS PH SMS.

I. GENERAL

1. This Promotion is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Promotion.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com and/or Facebook.com accounts to participate in the Promotion are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Promotion.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions of the Promotion without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Promotion will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Promotion, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Promotion. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. AGE VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY; REFUND FOR FAILED DELIVERY

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders.

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate the details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that Promotion same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times

For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

III. OTHERS

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers in the Promotion agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Promotion;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  •  that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Promotion;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Promotion from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

5. PMFTC/AAI will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Promotion.

ANNEX A

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Eligibility:

IQOS ILUMA PRIME TIME 2024 PROMO is a limited time digital giveaway promotion of IQOS ILUMA PRIME devices to qualified Customers. Entries for IQOS ILUMA PRIME TIME 2024 PROMO can be earned as follows:

A Customer can earn an electronic entry by:

a. Being a legal age user who is at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Promotion) and above residing in the Philippines

b. Having a valid IQOS.com account

c. Signing up at IQOS.buzz/iqosphprimetime within the duration of the Promotion and filling up all fields in the form. The Customer must include the following details 

i. Name*

ii. Name on Facebook, if different from Customer’s IQOS.com account

iii. Email*

iv. Mobile number*

v. Screenshot of the Customer’s Facebook account showing proof of following the IQOS Philippines Facebook Page

*As registered in the Customer’s IQOS.com account

d. The Customer should provide his/her registered Philippines address in his/her IQOS.com account .

e. Note: Regardless of the number of entries submitted, Customer will only be eligible to win once in the IQOS ILUMA PRIME TIME 2024 Promotion.

f. The submission of entry for this Promotion entitles the Customer a chance to win the prize. Customer a chance to win it.

g. The Customer should not post in social media the screenshot of the Customer’s Facebook account showing proof of following the IQOS Philippines Facebook Page

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 12:00 AM July 17, 2024 to July 24, 2024 11:59 PM. All electronic entries received on or before the Promotion Duration is not valid.

3. By submitting an entry, each Customer agrees to provide PMFTC, its authorized representatives, and third-party service providers with their personal data. The personal data of the Customer such as name, address, birth date, and contact number will be used to determine capacity and eligibility to participate and win in the Promotion. PMFTC will only process personal data indicated on winning electronic entries. Personal data on all other electronic entries will not be processed and will be disposed of. PMFTC will keep the electronic entries for (60) sixty days after the end of the promotion and will be processed in accordance with https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en.

Drawing of Winners:

a. Winners of the Promotion will be selected via electronic draw on July 26, 2024. A total of thirty-five (35) unique Customer winners will be drawn. Each Customer may only win once and only win one prize throughout the duration of the Promotion. Customers cannot win multiple prizes.

b. The electronic draw will be conducted in the presence of PMFTC’s Legal, Risk & Controls, and Privacy representatives.

c. Customer winners will be contacted by the IQOS Customer Care team and their names and/or photographs may be posted on IQOS Philippines channels.

d. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact eligible Customer winners prior to confirmation of being a winner. Should eligible Customer winners fail to submit a valid GIID within seventy two (72) hours upon notification, or do not meet any of the eligibility requirements or fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions, such Customer winner will be disqualified, and the prize/s will be deemed forfeited. PMFTC reserves the right to draw/select another Customer winner who will undergo the same eligibility verification process.

e. Verified Customer winners in the electronic draws will be published on the IQOS Philippines Facebook page.

f. Once verified:

i. Verified Customer winners (i.e., completed the submission of the GIID and are eligible to claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) of the prize(s) have thirty (30) days during the Redemption Period to claim his/her prize. If the prize remains unclaimed during the Redemption Period, it will be automatically forfeited in favor of PMFTC. If however a Customer winner is not qualified or not eligible or there is proof of fraud, irregularity or illegal acts, then the prize is automatically forfeited and the thirty (30) period to claim the prize will not apply and PMFTC reserves the right to at any time choose another winner.

ii. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, all Prizes are non-transferable nor convertible to other products.

5. Redemption period is August 1,2024 to August 30, 2024.

6. The Prize can be redeemed in the following channels

a. IQOS Official Stores (physical)

b. Home delivery (physical)

The list of the IQOS Official Stores are provided in SCHEDULE 1

i. To claim a prize in an IQOS Official Store, verified Customer winners must present one (1) valid GIID (acceptable valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age are: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID) that correspond to the profile information used upon registering on their IQOS account. If there is any discrepancy in the documents produced for verification and the registered profile, the Customer winner will be disqualified, and the prizes deemed forfeited.

ii. For home delivery of prizes, IQOS authorized courier will deliver the prize within the period of July 30 to August 30, 2024. The courier will require the verified winner to present one (1) valid GIID (acceptable valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age are: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID) that correspond to the profile information used upon registering on their IQOS account. If there is any discrepancy in the documents produced for verification and the registered profile, the Customer winner will be disqualified, and the prizes deemed forfeited.

iii. After presenting the necessary valid GIID, the verified Customer winner will be asked to sign an acknowledgement form (see ANNEX B).

iv. IQOS authorized courier will communicate and coordinate the delivery details and will attempt to deliver the delivery prize at a maximum of one (1) time only. If the verified winner cannot receive the delivery within fifteen (15) minutes during the first delivery attempt, the Prize is considered forfeited.

v. In cases where Customer winner cannot accept the delivery of the prize, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

Valid government issued ID of the representative for identity check and age verification

Copy of your valid government issued ID for identity check and age verification

Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that you are authorizing the representative to receive the IQOS ILUMA PRIME device.

vi. The courier will not be able to proceed with the delivery if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

7. Employees of PMFTC, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotions agencies, companies involved in the promotion, their agents, as well as their respective relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join or win in this Promotion.

8. The Prize is personal to the Customer winner and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prize is not convertible to cash.

9. This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers/promotions.

3. Upload your screenshot at IQOS.buzz/iqosphprimetime. Complete the sign-up form with your details as registered in your IQOS.com account.
