What Types of Payments do you Accept?
You can pay for your IQOS.com order using one of the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card
- GCash
- Cash on Delivery
How can I purchase and IQOS Device in Installments?
At the moment, we do not offer the possibility to pay by installment.
Can I Change the Payment Method?
Currently, we do not offer the possibility to change the payment method.
How Can I Obtain a Copy of my Invoice After Paying?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the payment details following your purchase. You will also be given a physical invoice upon delivery.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged once you have completed your purchase online.
When will my card be debited?
Your card will be debited as soon as the purchase has been made.
What Should I Do if My Payment Doesn't Process?
If you are not able to process a payment, you can contact the IQOS Customer Care Team or try another payment method from the list below:

My order did not push through but my credit card or GCASH was charged? What should I do?
Please contact our IQOS Customer Care to report the incident and for support. We are available Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 9PM.
When will I get my refund from cancelled orders?
Orders that are cancelled under the above conditions will be refunded within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the cancellation of the order or 30-45 days for Credit/Debit Card transactions depending on the bank.
