IQOS ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER 2024 Terms & Conditions
The IQOS ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s) offer with details provided in Sections II and III below (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).
ANNEX A: MECHANICS
1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:
(a) To qualify and be eligible for the Offer, the Customer should have one (1) linked BONDS by IQOS device in their IQOS account.
(b) Every Customer who has purchased their first IQOS ILUMA device and has linked their IQOS ILUMA device in their IQOS account is eligible to the Offer. Only Customers who have opted-in to receive marketing communications is eligible to the Offer. The Offer is contained within the IQOS ILUMA Onboarding Journey. The IQOS ILUMA Onboarding Journey is a program that supports newly acquired Customers from the 1st day of IQOS ILUMA device purchase until their 90th day of IQOS ILUMA device ownership with support content that will aid them to seamlessly transition to IQOS. The communications of the IQOS Onboarding Journey are sent thru registered email. During this onboarding period, eligible Customers will be entitled in receiving the IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s).
2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail
(a) Redemption period is valid 30 days upon receipt of the IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s) received via the Customer’s registered email. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
(b) The Offer can be availed at or through the following:
(i) Official IQOS Stores (physical) and IQOS Pop-Up in various locations in Metro Manila.
(ii) IQOS.com (online store)
3. Specific Terms of the Offer:
(a) The IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s) is part of the IQOS ILUMA Onboarding Journey for new IQOS Customers which they will receive via their registered email. The Offer is a one-time offer only. Each voucher can only be used once. The IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER(s) with its corresponding details & mechanics are as follows:

(b) The IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s) are non-transferrable. It cannot be exchange for cash. It can only be applied to the products qualified for the said voucher and cannot be transferred for payment for any IQOS device or IQOS accessories.
(c) Only one (1) Voucher can be used per transaction. Customers cannot request any of the IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s) to be exchanged with a different type of voucher. The Vouchers cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers.
(d) Depending on the type of the IQOS ILUMA ONBOARDING GIFT VOUCHER (s), Customers can use in any of the following points-of-sale:
a. Official IQOS Stores (physical)
b. IQOS.com (online store)
c. IQOS Pop-Up (physical)
(e) Each Voucher received thru their registered email/viber/sms can be redeemed within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, it is deemed forfeited. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the redemption period if circumstances so warrant.
(f) For use of the Voucher in IQOS.com, Customer should input the voucher code in the check-out cart. During delivery, Customer will be subject to age verification process where he/she will be required to present a valid Government Issued ID during delivery.
(g) To facilitate the purchase and delivery from IQOS.com, Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
(h) During the Offer period, for orders using the Voucher that lead to failed transactions due to system limitations or technical issues not due to the fault of the Customer (e.g. order cancellation, failed payment, failed delivery, etc), Customers may request for a one-time replacement Voucher from IQOS Customer Care, subject to the following:
a. Review of the failed transaction (e.g. accidental order cancellation, unavailability of the Customer during delivery, etc)
b. Customer’s eligibility and compliance with the requirements under these Terms and Conditions.
If still eligible, IQOS Customer Care will send the replacement code for the Voucher to the Customer’s nominated email address as reflected in IQOS.com. It is the responsibility of the Customer to update his/her personal details in their IQOS.com account to ensure timely receipt of the replacement code. PMFTC shall not be liable for any failure of a Customer to redeem or use the code and will not refund the code due to non-receipt by the Customer of the replacement code, if sent to his/her registered email address.
(i) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
