IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition Device Promo Offers Terms & Conditions

The IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition Device Promo Offers with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A

MECHANICS

The Offer is divided into 2 promotions, differentiated by the eligibility and promo duration:

(a) Offer 1: IQOS CLUB First Class Pre-sale and First to Buy offer

(b) Offer 2: First to Buy (Open to all)

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Offer 1 is an exclusive offer for IQOS CLUB First Class members only who do not have a linked* IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device. Details on IQOS CLUB First Class can be seen in the IQOS CLUB First Class T&C.

(b) Customers who are existing legal aged nicotine users are eligible to participate in Offer 2 for as long as they do not have a linked* IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device.
*Linked device means the Customer has registered an account in IQOS.com and has linked their IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device to their registered IQOS.com account.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period of Offer 1 is from March 10-13, 2025. This offer is exclusive to IQOS Store BGC and Mall of Asia only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

*Offer 1 Eligibility: IQOS CLUB First Class Members only

(b) Offer period of Offer 2 is on March 14 and April 1, 2025, until supplies last. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant. This offer is exclusive to the following IQOS Stores:

a. March 14: IQOS Store BGC, MOA and Shangri-La

b. April 1, until supplies last: IQOS Pop-Up Uptown Parade

*Offer 2 Eligibility: Existing legal aged nicotine users with no linked IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) IQOS CLUB First Class members will be given an exclusive pre-sale period of the IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device. In Offer 1, IQOS CLUB First Class Members will be able to purchase the IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device from March 10-13, 2025, ahead of the regular sale period on March 14, 2025.

a. There will be no device-related discounts and promotions during this exclusive pre-sale period.

b. IQOS Vouchers such as, but not limited to, IQOS CLUB Birthday and Status Upgrade Voucher; Device-related promotions such as, but not limited to, Trade-In and Refer a Friend, will not be applicable to IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition devices .

c. IQOS CLUB First Class members may choose to purchase one (1) or all IQOS X Steve Aoki limited edition devices as long as it within the standard maximum cap of 4 (four) device purchases in 90 days (devices include both Kits and Single Line-Ups (Holders & Chargers)) or 6 (six) device purchases per user in a year.

d. During the pre-sale offer period, first 100 IQOS CLUB First Class members who will purchase an IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device in IQOS Store BGC or in IQOS Store Mall of Asia will be given a free device accessory bundle and an event pass for 2 to the Steve Aoki event upon input of the promo code IQOSAOKI.

i. Device accessory bundles are not for sale and are exclusive for promotion only.

ii. Device accessory bundle is dependent on the IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device that was purchased.

iii. First to buy promo bundle (for free accessories) can only be availed once per customer. An IQOS CLUB First Class member may choose to purchase more than 1 IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device but can only avail of 1 set of accessories/promo bundle.

iv. IQOS CLUB First Class members will be asked to sign a prize acceptance form upon receipt of the free accessory bundle.

v. The event pass for 2 allows the IQOS CLUB First Class member to bring a legal aged nicotine user friend to the Steve Aoki event on April 26 in BGC. IQOS CLUB First Class Member who received an event pass must confirm his attendance to the event through an email that will be sent by IQOS Philippines.

1. The official event ticket will be sent to the IQOS CLUB First Class Member through email.

2. PMFTC will not shoulder any transportation costs that will be incurred in attending the event in BGC.

(b) Existing legal aged nicotine users who do not have a linked IQOS X Steve Aoki limited edition device may avail of Offer 2. In Offer 2, First 200 customers in IQOS Pop-Up Uptown Parade who will purchase an IQOS X STEVE AOKI Limited Edition device will get a free device accessory bundle. Specific to the Mar 14 execution (in BGC, Mall of Asia and Shangri-la) event pass for 2 to the Steve Aoki event will be given on top of the free accessory bundle for the first customers. Device accessory bundles are not for sale and are exclusive for promotion only. Free device accessory bundle will depend on the IQOS X Steve Aoki limited edition device that was purchased. Specific mechanics to avail of the offer are as follows:

i. For IQOS Store BGC: offer is for first 100 customers who purchases an IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device.

ii. For IQOS Pop-Up Uptown Parade: offer is for first 200 customers who purchases an IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device.

iii. Use promo code: IQOSAOKI to reflect the free accessories upon adding the IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device to cart.

*Customers who will purchase an IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device

iv. Customers who were able to avail of the accessory bundle will sign a prize acceptance form upon receipt of the accessories.

v. First to buy promo bundle (for free accessories) can only be availed once per customer. A Customer may choose to purchase more than 1 IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device but can only avail of 1 set of accessories/promo bundle.

vi. IQOS Vouchers such as, but not limited to, IQOS CLUB Birthday and Status Upgrade Voucher; Device-related promotions such as, but not limited to, Trade-In and Refer a Friend, will not be applicable to IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition devices.

viii. Specific to the March 14 execution of Offer 2, an event pass for 2 to the Steve Aoki event will be given to the first customers who will purchase an IQOS X Steve Aoki Limited Edition device, on top of the free device accessory bundle.

1. The event pass for 2 allows the customer to bring a legal aged nicotine user friend to the Steve Aoki event on April 26 in BGC. The Customer who received an event pass must confirm his attendance to the event through an email and SMS message that will be sent by IQOS Philippines.

a. The official event ticket will be sent to the Customer through email.

b. PMFTC will not shoulder any transportation costs that will be incurred in attending the event in BGC.

(d) Free accessory bundles to be given in Offer 1 and Offer 2 are subject to availability in IQOS Store BGC and Uptown Mall

(e) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

(f) Both Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

General Term & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times

For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
