Order from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm to receive your order within the day. Same day delivery is limited within Metro Manila/ Laguna/ Batangas/ Cebu/ Rizal/ Pampanga/ Cavite/ La Union. Orders placed beyond 6:00 pm will be delivered in the following day. In case of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that you will be informed as soon as your order is scheduled to be delivered.

You may return unopened IQOS products purchased in IQOS.COM within 7 days for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.
