What do the lights on my IQOS mean?
The different lights from an IQOS indicate the status of the Holder and the Charger. They light up depending on: the battery status, if a reset is being performed, if the device is outside the operating temperature range or if there is a malfunction. If the light is blinking in red, we recommend contacting an IQOS representative at 800 1 IQOS MX (800 1 476769).
