In order to change the holder settings or update the software of the holder, the holder must be inserted into the Pocket Charger. Here, attention must be paid to the charging status of the charger. If the charging status seems too low, it must be charged for at least 20 minutes with the original IQOS charging cable and power adapter at a power outlet. A laptop cannot provide the required power.
