The delivery lead time is determined by the Emirate you are located in, whether you are within or outside the city limits and the time your order was placed.

Dubai
Orders placed before 10:30 am will be delivered by 5:00 pm.*
Orders placed before 1:30 pm will be delivered by 9:00 pm.*
Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be delivered by 7:00 pm the next day.
*Excluding Sundays & non-eligible for same day delivery areas . Orders placed after 1:30 pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be delivered the following Monday afternoon by 7 pm.
Abu Dhabi & other Emirates
1) Within city limits
Orders placed before 3:30 pm will be delivered the next day by 6:00 pm.
Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
2)Outside city limits
Orders placed before 6:30 pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders placed after 6:30 pm will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
