Important: Please use the Google Chrome or Edge browser for Android as well as for Windows and Mac.
Step 2: Navigate to the my devices page and check if your device is linked.
. If not, first link your device. (It is easier to link a device while using a smartphone that allows you to scan the QR code on your device. If this fails, you can enter the code of each asset (holder/pocket charger) manually to link the device or use the code on the box if none of the assets have been linked already)
Step 3: Click on view details (button is visible under the details of each asset)
Step 4: Click on Manage my device. You have successfully navigated to the web app when you see Welcome to IQOS Web app
Important: If you do not see this option, it indicates that your profile needs to be updated in person at any one of our manned stores across the UAE. Please visit our experts instore who will assist you to do so and also updated your device software. All future updates can then be performed by yourself using the IQOS web app.
Remember to always connect the Pocket Charger to the IQOS web app via USB or Bluetooth.
