The lighting adapts to the time of day and vibrations discreetly keep you up to date on the battery status of your device.
For IQOS ILUMA PRIME and IQOS ILUMA:
AutoStart.
As soon as your TEREA tobacco stick is inserted correctly, your holder vibrates. This will let you know that the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ has automatically started preheating. You don't need to set up the IQOS app for AutoStart to work, but you can disable it using the IQOS web app. When the device is ready for use, it vibrates a second time. By pressing the button, you can also start the preheating manually.
Check the battery status of the holder.
With this smart gesture, you can check how much battery power is left in the holder. Lift the holder when not in use and the LEDs will indicate the battery status.
Check how many uses are left.
Tap the holder twice and the vibrations will show you how much usage you have left. For example:
3 vibrations = 75-50%
2 = 50-25%
1 = <25%.
You can activate and adjust the different vibrations individually via the IQOS web app.
