IQOS Covid-19 Update
The health and safety of our community is important to us. With a sense of responsibility towards IQOS staff and customers, and with the aim of helping to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions.
IQOS staff at IQOS selling stores is taking the necessary precautionary hygiene measures, including – among others – the use of disposable gloves and protective masks.
IQOS devices will continue to be sold by the stores, regardless of the presence of IQOS staff. HEETS are available for purchase at a number of tobacco selling outlets across the UAE (key accounts, general groceries and petrol stations). In addition, you can purchase IQOS products online on InstaShop or Choithrams [specific geography].
If you purchase a new IQOS device in the absence of IQOS staff, or online, please register it, by clicking on “MY DEVICES" in your account page after you log-in.

How to sanitize your IQOS
Wipe the outside of the Charger, the Holder and the associated accessories with a wipe containing 62–71% isopropanol. Dispose of the used wipes in a bin.
Next, thoroughly clean the inside area of the holder surrounding the blade and the whole cap with the dedicated IQOS cleaning tool and IQOS cleaning sticks. Dispose the used sticks in the bin.
