Just make sure e-cigarettes are fully assembled, pods do not contain any liquid and batteries are not cracked or damaged.

Drop at your local post office 
Spend your £5 IQOS.com reward

Call us on (0800 432 0000), so that we can register your return. After your call, you will receive  an email with your postage label*​

*Print at home or request a Post Office, free of charge.  

Use a suitable sealed bag. We recommend returning between 4-10 Vape products (VEEV Now, VEEV One pods or any other brand of disposable vapes and pods) as part of one return*​​

*2 returns accepted per consumer per month to receive reward.​​
