How to return your used vape products and get your reward
Get your free returns label
Call us on 0800 432 0000, so that we can register your return. After your call, you will receive an email with your postage label*
*Print at home or request a Post Office, free of charge.
Package your used vape products*
Use a suitable sealed bag. We recommend returning between 4-10 Vape products (VEEV Now, VEEV One pods or any other brand of disposable vapes and pods) as part of one return*
*2 returns accepted per consumer per month to receive reward.
