Who are we? We are a member of the Philip Morris International group of companies.
How do you accept these terms? If you use the Website, you accept these terms of use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Website. These Terms will be drawn to your attention before you log on to the Website for the first time. These are important provisions relating to your use of the Website: you should read them before using the Website as they are binding on you.

Use of the Website
The Website is intended to be used by adults aged 18 years and above residing in Malaysia (“Intended User”). If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Website.
To set up an account for the Website, you must give us some personal information to enable us to verify your eligibility to use it. Typically, this will be name, age, NRIC (or equivalent document), country of residence and e-mail address/telephone number. We will process this in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see the “Privacy and Cookies” section below for more information.)
Registration and your information
If you want to use the Website, you’ll have to create an account. You should do this before you purchase an IQOS device. It’s important for you to provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your account. You agree to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date. You agree that you won’t disclose your account password to anyone. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you know about them.
You may not use anyone else’s password or account. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website. Should you attempt to do so, assist others to do so, or distribute instructions, software or tools for that purpose, we will close your account without notice to you. If anyone other than you uses your account, we may suspend or terminate your account (see the section entitled “Modification and suspension of the Website” below). You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password or other account information, or of any other breach of security of which you become aware that involves your account or the Website.
Modification and suspension of the Website
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate operation of or access to the Website, or any portion of it, at our discretion. For example, we may terminate operation of the Website for users if we have reason to believe that the Website is being used by someone who is not an Intended User.

- it is your responsibility – not ours – to ensure that the Website is suitable for your intended purposes when you use it;
- we accept no liability to you in respect of the Website (subject to the paragraph on “Limit of Liability” below); and
- we accept no liability as to the suitability or fitness of the Website in meeting your needs and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all express or implied promises and warranties, including:
- that the Website, or any content contained in or delivered via the Website or otherwise made available in connection with the Website, is accurate, complete, timely, up-to-date, suitable, or will operate in an error-free manner;

Limit of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that the operation of the Website is dependent upon the proper and effective functioning of the internet and other third party equipment and services (including your own device or web browser), and that we do not guarantee, and will not be liable for, these in any way.
We will not be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential losses or damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenues, business, or goodwill.
If you cause a technical disruption of the Website or the systems transmitting the Website to you or others, you agree to be responsible for all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The laws of Malaysia (the “Jurisdiction”) govern these Terms and your use of the Website. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia for any action to enforce these Terms.
Other important rights that we have under these Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our right to enforce any such failure against you, or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do decide to waive our right to enforce a default or breach of these Terms by you, we will do so only in writing.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. This means that if any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us.

E-Commerce Order and Return Policy
The terms and conditions under this “E-Commerce” section governs all sales and purchases of products via the Website. All transactions and orders fulfilment arising out of this Website are managed by our appointed E-Commerce partner (which may be changed from time to time without any notice). For more information about our E-Commerce partner, please see Contact Us (“E-Commerce Partner”).
By placing your order on the Website, you agree that the terms and conditions under this “E-Commerce” section shall be entered into between you and the E-Commerce Partner. Philip Morris International group of companies are not responsible for any disputes arising from the sales and purchase of any products through the Website.
The term “we” under this “E-Commerce” section shall refer to the E-Commerce Partner only.
We reserve the right not to accept any orders received by us. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment and/or suspected fraud
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Our inability to deliver to your specified delivery address
- You not meeting the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including us suspecting that you are not the age of 18 and above
You can make payment for your order by various methods available on our website. The following terms shall apply to the below types of payment:
Credit Card
- Credit card payment option is available via our Payment Service Provider (“PSP”). Our PSP accepts all major credit cards in Malaysia.
Online Banking
- By choosing this method, payment for the products will be remitted to our PSP’s account for the total amount charged for your order (including any applicable taxes, fees and handling costs). The transaction is only payable in Ringgit Malaysia.
- For the time being, our PSP accepts online bank transfers from all major banks in Malaysia.
E-Wallet
- E-Wallet option is available via our our Payment Service Provider (“PSP”). Our PSP accepts GrabPay, Maybank QRPay, TnGDigital & Boost.
Our PSP handles your credit card and online banking information in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Delivery of the products shall be made to the address specified in your order. If delivery is delayed by more than 10 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will refund you any money paid. We require a person aged 18 years and above to sign for the delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and our IQOS Customer Support will contact you to make alternative arrangement if delivery is not possible.
You need to keep the receipt of the delivered products in case of future reference to us about it.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided us and arrange for cancellation of the order, or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Fast delivery indicates the delivery time of receiving your order may take a minimum of 48 hours upon order confirmation.
The 48-hours delivery is based on the estimated delivery speed of our appointed delivery service provider. It is subjected to unforeseen delays.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including the product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always be updated.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are eligible only for orders placed via the IQOS.com E-Commerce section and orders that are registered upon purchase. Orders placed on other e-marketplaces or outlets are not eligible.
- Returns are allowed 14 days upon successful delivery of order.
- Opened, used and unopened packages are allowed.
- You must provide us with your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, Order Date, Reason of Return and a clear image of the item intended for return based on the Returns form.
- If any of the requested details is incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the returns request.
- The device / accessory returned must match the device accessory ordered from IQOS.com, in the Order stated.
- Upon approval of the return request, refund for payments made via credit card/e-wallet principal will take 7-14 working days and will be refunded to your card/e-wallet account.
Refunds for payments made via online banking will take 7-14 working days from the date you provide us with your bank account details. We will contact you for such purpose. - We reserve the rights to change the IQOS.com E-Commerce Returns & Refunds Policy without prior notice.
Terms of use and your privacy on this social media page
You may have been redirected here from one of our IQOS social media sites (“social media sites”), for example from the Customer Care pages of one of our Social Media Accounts (e.g. Facebook, PMI’s product brands communication accounts on Instagram, etc.) (in this document, we refer to all those accounts together as “Social Media Accounts”.
The Social Media Accounts are intended for adult smokers who want to continue enjoying tobacco products and PMI’s product brands users residing in Malaysia market and by engaging with our Social Media Accounts. You confirm You fulfill these criteria.
Who we are?
We are a member of the Philip Morris International (“PMI”) group of companies. We have identified ourselves to You, and given our contact details, in the website where this document (“Terms”) is published or on the respective Social Media Accounts accordingly.
How do you accept these Terms?
By using any of our Social Media Accounts, You agree to comply with these Terms. You also agree to comply with any other applicable platforms specific terms of use (e.g. Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, Instagram’ Terms of Use, etc.).
Good Conversion Practices and Our Duty to Inform
Before we tell You what You should or shouldn’t do on our Social Media Accounts, here are some things You should know about PMI’s product brands:
PMI offers a variety of quality, scientifically substantiated smoke-free products that are much better choices than continued smoking. Our vision is that our smoke-free products will one day replace cigarettes.
- Cigarette smoking causes serious diseases and is addictive. Without question, the best decision any smoker can make is to quit tobacco and nicotine use altogether
- Minors should not use tobacco or nicotine in any form
- PMI’s smoke-free products are for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products
- We do not offer PMI’s smoke-free products to people who have never used tobacco or nicotine products or who have quit using tobacco and nicotine products. Our smoke-free products are not an alternative to quitting and are not designed as cessation aids
- PMI’s smoke-free products are not risk free and contain nicotine, which is addictive. Switching to a smoke-free product is, however, a better choice than continuing to smoke
- We support our adult smoke-free product users in their journey to full conversion through education and guidance
- For consumers to experience the benefits of smoke-free products, they must switch completely and abandon smoking permanently
- We inform consumers of all relevant safety information about our smoke-free products
Your Contribution
We’ll regularly monitor the Social Media Accounts, responding to and passing on as many useful recommendations as we can. We are glad You are here and expect feedback and passionate conversations but let’s keep it clean and positive.
1. You are responsible for the content You post on Social Media Accounts and we reserve the right to remove any postings that contain:
- Offensive or violent language
- Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
- Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material
- Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
- Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
- Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual
- Commercial solicitations or the promotion of a competitor
- Confidential information or trade secrets
- Impersonate any person or organization
2. We reserve the right to ban or block a user posting content as described above and for a pattern of inappropriate postings or as otherwise deemed necessary by us, or remove any posts on our Social Media Accounts, if we do not think that a post complies with these Terms or any other applicable platform specific terms of use. And we shall be under no obligation to notify You of any such decision.
3. License to use User Generated Content (“UGC”). We would like to re-use the content that You submit and post. If you would like us to use your content, please send us in Direct Private Message (DM) on our Social Media Accounts.
a) For any UGC that You share with us, you represent and warrant that:
a. You are current user of IQOS and at least 18 years old (if You do not appear in the selected UGC) or at least 25 years old (if you appear recognizably in the selected UGC);
b. The UGC is Your original work and does not violate any intellectual property, personality or other rights which belong to a third party;
c. Your permission to use the UGC under this agreement (“Your License”) does not violate or conflict with Your existing contractual arrangements or applicable laws;
d. Any people recognizably appearing in the UGC including yourself are at least 25 years old, and that You have permission from those people to: i) photograph, record or film them , ii) include their photograph, sound and/or video in the UGC and iii) if applicable, use their names for being shared by PMI and its affiliates for the purposes listed below with no consideration payable to them, and iv) You provide PMI with a copy of their written permission if PMI requests You to do so.
b) You keep all of Your rights to the UGC, but You hereby grant to PMI and its affiliates, a royalty free, perpetual license to use and copy, including for commercial purposes, the UGC for all lawful purposes including marketing, promoting and/or advertising of PMI’s non-combustible brands, as well as thereto related products, services and promotional materials, at PMI’s sole discretion and without any liability or warranties (express or implied) with respect to our use of it, from the date on which You grant PMI and its affiliates Your License.
c) You grant PMI and its affiliates the rights to reproduce, modify, display and prepare derivative works, publicly perform, display, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use the UGC, in whole or in part in any way PMI (or any of its affiliates) desires, for the above purposes, in any anticipated media for publication and in any geographies.
d) You allow PMI and its affiliates to use the name, nickname, likeness, pseudonym, rights of publicity, voice, live or recorded performance, autograph, photographs and biographical information of You and any other people included in the UGC in accordance with our privacy notice available at https://pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and that You have notified any other people included in the UGC of these terms.
e) If the UGC infringes any proprietary rights of any third party or defame or invade the privacy or publicity rights of any person, You will indemnify, defend and hold PMI and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or related to this breach.
f) You agree that Your License is voluntary and You are free to enter into it with PMI.
g) You can opt-out from Your License agreement for future UGC at any time by contacting ugc-claims@pmi.com (email id) or by other means following instructions set in the terms of use on our channels, but even after such an opt-out Your License will remain valid and enforceable with respect to any UGC You have granted us Your License and/or posted on our channels, accounts, wherever applicable according to the respective terms of use, before the opt-out. Please consider that processing your opt-out request might take some time, but we will do our best to do it as soon as possible.
h) You can contact ugc-claims@pmi.com (email id) for any queries or clarifications regarding Your License, if You believe Your copyright or intellectual property protected material has been used without authorization or if Your privacy or personality rights have been infringed.
i) Your License will be governed by the laws of Switzerland and will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lausanne, Switzerland, without regard to any international conflict of law provisions, and to the exclusion of the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Remember, posts from You or other people do not necessarily represent the views of Philip Morris International. We do not have responsibility for any content or links shared by You or other people. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
Your use of our Social Media Accounts is at Your sole risk. Our social media sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Switzerland govern these Terms and Your use of our social media sites, and You irrevocably consent to the exclusion jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lausanne, Switzerland, without regard to any international conflict of law provisions, and to the exclusion of the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Right to Assign, No Waivers, Severability
PMI may assign its rights and duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to You, unless notice to You is required by applicable law, but this will not affect Your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms is not a waiver of any of these Terms or PMI’s rights. Users should always assume these Terms apply.
If any provision in these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue to be enforceable.

We monitor our social media sites to ensure contributions are relevant and comply with these Terms. We are available on our social media sites from Monday to Sunday from 9AM – 6PM
We may (in our sole discretion) prevent any contribution from being posted on our social media sites, or remove any contribution from our social media sites, if we do not think that a contribution complies with these Terms or any other applicable platform specific terms of use. We shall be under no obligation to notify you of any such decision.
One or more violations of these Terms or any other applicable platform specific terms of use may result in your being banned or blocked from our social media sites. Banning or blocking accounts from our social media sites is in our sole discretion.

COMPLAINTS
If you wish to complain about any contribution posted to our social media sites, please contact our customer care team at contact.my@iqos.com. When you submit a complaint, please outline the reason for your complaint, and specify where the contribution you are complaining about is located. We may request further information from you about your complaint before we process it. We will then review the contribution and decide whether it complies with these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we expect you to do the same. You warrant that all the content you post on our social media sites is your own original work, or if it is covered by intellectual property rights owned by a third party, you warrant that the owner of the content has granted you permission to use the content consistent with the manner and purpose of your use.
Using our social media sites to distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

Terms and Conditions for lil SOLID / lil SOLID Ez – Warranty (for lil SOLID / lil SOLID Ez devices only)
1. How does lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez warranty work?
lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
In the case of a malfunction, we will, at our option (but without affecting your statutory rights), repair or replace any components which are defective in terms of material or workmanship when used in accordance with the associated lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez User Guide and which are subject to a valid warranty period.
If repair is not possible, replacement will be provided with a product of equivalent functionality. To the extent permitted by local law, the replacement color and/or model are subject to such color and/or model availability. In case of replacement of the product under this warranty, any replacement part becomes your property and the replaced part becomes the property of the company or entity which makes the exchange.
The provisions of this warranty are only valid in the country of purchase.
- We will not be able to replace a faulty lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez with a new one in non-warranty cases. (See "What cases are not covered by the warranty" section below for non-warranty cases)
- Care Plus Program does not apply to lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez.
- Please note that lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez does not have an international warranty.
2. What cases are covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by the fault of the manufacturer or by a certain manufacturing defect, but was not caused by your misuse or reckless behavior of the device, could be considered a warranty case
Examples of potential warranty cases:
- Crashes in the lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez software
- lil lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez is not charging
- The lights on the device are blinking red or not blinking at all
- The battery is not holding charge or is damaged in a different way
- You cannot turn on the new device (just purchased)
3. What cases are not covered by the warranty?
Non-warranty damages include those that have occurred due to careless or improper use of the device.
Examples of non-warranty cases:
- malfunction damage caused by normal wear and tear elements;
- cosmetic damages (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic, etc.) that do not impact the functionality of the product;
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unsuitable operating environment, natural disasters, power surge, contact with liquids or fire;
- malfunction due to use with non-compatible consumables, power adaptor or cable;
- damage or malfunction caused by attempt to open, modify and repair, either by a user or by a service provider not accredited by the manufacturer;
- damage or malfunction caused by failure to use as described in the associated lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez User Guide;
- normal battery performance depreciation, unless battery failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- devices containing fully or partially non genuine parts:
- loss or theft of the product or its parts;
- operation of the product in a country for which it was not originally designed or approved.

IQOS Trade-in Programme Terms & Conditions (EN)
Programme
1. This Trade-in Programme (“Trade-in Programme”) is organized by VH Distribution Sdn. Bhd., 13-7 Jalan USJ 9/5Q, Subang Business Center, 47620 Subang Jaya ("Seller") and will run from 1 March 2025 onwards or any other period as announced from time to time.
2. The Trade-in Programme allows you to receive a discount on your purchase of the latest IQOS ILUMA device, in exchange for your old generation IQOS or lil devices as specified in clause 5 of the terms and conditions ("Eligible Used Device”).
Eligibility
3. You are only eligible to this Trade-in Programme if: (i) you are an IQOS or lil user aged over 18 years old; (ii) you are registered and your Eligible Used Device is linked in IQOS database; (iii) your main residence is in Malaysia (iv); and your Eligible Used Device is not disarticulated and comprises of the pocket charger and holder (for clarity, the pocket charge and holder shall be considered collectively as one unit), except for IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 and lil SOLID Ez which consist of one holder per unit.
4. If you own used IQOS or lil Device but: (i) not a registered user in IQOS database; (ii) the said Eligible Used Device is not linked to your profile although you are a registered user, the Seller will assist to register you in IQOS database and proceed to link your used IQOS or lil Device to your profile. If you have returned your used IQOS or lil Device via post, the IQOS Care Team will contact you for registration purpose. You can only trade-in your Eligible Used Device after the registration process has been completed.
Trade-in Conditions
5. The Trade-in Programme allows you to receive rebate up to RM70 only when you Trade-in your Eligible Used Device (functionable or non-functionable) for a new IQOS ILUMA. You may trade in the following Eligible Used Devices:

8. To participate in the Trade in Programme, you would need to return the device pocket charger and holder (for clarity, the pocket charge and holder shall be considered collectively as one unit), except for IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 and lil SOLID EZ which consist of one holder per unit. You are not required to return your charging cable and cleaning tool.
9. The number of Eligible Used Devices that you can Trade-in is one (1) unit only per account.
10. The Trade-in rebate is not transferable to another purchaser, nor exchangeable for cash or credit, whether in part or in full.
How to Trade-in
11. You may Trade-in your Eligible Used Device via the following methods:
a. Trade-in at IQOS Authorised Centre
(i) Instant Rebate at IQOS Authorised Centre
A. Choose and buy our latest IQOS ILUMA range directly at any of our IQOS Authorised Centres.
B. Return your Eligible Used Device to our friendly store assistant.
C. The rebate will be offset instantly.
(ii) TNG Rebate within 14 days
A. Choose and buy our latest IQOS ILUMA range through our Online Stores or selected General Trade Stores.
- Online Stores: IQOS.com, IQOS Authorised Store Lazada and Shopee.
- General Trade: IQOS Partners, selected convenience stores (myNEWS, 7-11, etc.), selected petrol marts (BHP, Petronas, etc.), or participating eateries (mamak, coffee shop, etc.).
B. Walk into an IQOS Authorised Centre and return your Eligible Used Device to our friendly store assistant within 30 days from the date you receive your newly purchased IQOS ILUMA device.
C. The rebate will be given in the form of TNG eWallet credits. The TNG eWallet credits will be sent within 14 days after we receive and verify your device.
b. Trade-in via Courier
(i) Choose and buy our latest IQOS ILUMA range from IQOS.com or IQOS Authorised Store Lazada and Shopee.
(ii) Return your Eligible Used Device within 30 days from the date you receive your newly purchased IQOS ILUMA device using the return envelope with the consignment note that comes with your delivery parcel.
(iii) Fill in your details on the return envelope and consignment note.

(ii) Return your Eligible Used Device within 30 days from the date you receive your newly purchased IQOS ILUMA device by getting in touch with our IQOS Care Team at 1-800-81-0958 or by sending a return request email to contact.my@iqos.com with your Name, Address, Contact Number, Type of traded-in device, ILUMA Serial Number, preferred pick-up date and time.
(iii) Citylink will pick up your Eligible Used Device as per the agreed date and time. Our IQOS Care Team will help to arrange the pickup accordingly.
(iv) The rebate will be given in the form of TNG eWallet credits. The TNG eWallet credits will be sent within 14 days after we receive and verify your device.
12. The TNG credit provided is not meant to be used for the purchase of any nicotine or tobacco products.
13. The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, damages or compensation in the event the Eligible Used Device fails to reach the Seller, even if you return the Eligible Used Devices via the methods mentioned above.
14. If you wrongly return the Non-Eligible Devices, you will receive a rejection email and the Seller will return the Non-Eligible Devices to you as soon as possible. You will not be entitled to any rebate for the Non-Eligible Devices. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller shall not be held liable for any losses or damages if the Non-Eligible Devices is lost, damaged, mislocated, stolen during the return delivery transit. 16. The Seller’s decisions on all matters relating to the Trade-in Programme will be final and binding.
17. The Seller reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Trade-in Programme without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Seller of Trade-in Programme shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Seller for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses suffered.
18. The Seller reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions on Iqos.com (“Website”). Your continued participation in the Trade-in Programme after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. You are advised to regularly review these Terms and Conditions posted on the Website of such changes.
19. The Seller reserves the right not to accept your used device in this Trade-in Programme if there is suspicion of fraud or any illegal activity.
20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to the Trade-in Programme. By participating in the Trade-in Programme, you agree that you will not hold the Seller and its suppliers, employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with the the Trade-in Programme.

22. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms and conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.

lil HYBRID Ez Buyback
- The Buyback Program (“Program”) allows users of lil HYBRID Ez devices to receive a one-time RM129 rebate when they buy an IQOS ILUMA device, in exchange for their used and registered lil HYBRID Ez device.
- The Program runs from 1st April 2024 to 30th September 2024. The Program period may change without prior notice.
- Users’ eligibility to participate in this Program:
I. A lil HYBRID Ez user aged over 18 years old;
II. Registered user and his/her used lil HYBRID Ez device is linked in our IQOS database;
III. Residing in Malaysia. - A user can return up to two (2) units of lil HYBRID Ez devices.

Terms & Conditions - Together X Sensorium
1. Program
- The Together X Sensorium Referral Contest (“Contest”) is a limited time contest organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. of Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 ("Organizer”).
- The Contest is only valid from 15 July to 15 August 2024 (“Contest Period”).
- The Participant (as defined hereunder) acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to make the final decision regarding the Contest. Any determination made by the Organizer shall be final and binding.
- The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer reserves the right at any time to modify, vary, amend, change and/or update this Terms and Conditions as we deem fit without prior notice. Any such modifications, variations, amendments, changes and/or updates to this Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon the posting of an updated version on our website. 2. Eligibility
- The Contest is only open to existing IQOS ILUMA registered users residing in Malaysia (“Participant”).
- Eligibility for the 10 Grand Prizes: In order to qualify for one of the 10 Grand Prizes of an exclusive 4D3N trip to the IQOS Together X Sensorium Tokyo event, each winning Participant must also be a minimum of 20 years old by the event date of 19 Oct 2024, in compliance with Japan's regulations, to access the event. Should the winning Participant not meet the minimum age requirement to qualify for the Grand Prize, they will still be eligible to win one of the 20 Secondary Prizes as well as the Surprise and Delight gift box.

3. Mechanics

- The winning Participants shall bear any and all liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation any incidental costs) to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at the designated time and shall be responsible (at their own costs) for ensuring that they have all necessary travelling documents (including without limitation valid passports and visas) and satisfy all necessary requirements to enter Japan. 5. Winner Selection

6. What is the New Referral Booster about?

- The following sets out the additional terms and conditions of the New Referral Booster:
Referrers

(a) if a Referrer has 5 existing referrals prior to the Campaign Period, this Referrer can only enjoy up to 5 New Referrer Booster Reward during the Campaign Period.
(b) if a Referrer has 10 existing referrals prior to the Campaign Period, this Referrer would not be able to enjoy the New Referrer Booster Reward during the Campaign Period. However, the Referee will still enjoy the additional 10% rebate of device promotional price (total 20% off).

Referees
i. A “Referee” is:
(a) an adult smoker aged 18 years or over who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products, and resides in Malaysia;
(b) An adult smoker who purchases any of the Devices for personal consumption only, and must link the newly purchased device to their profile;
(c) Not someone who has never used tobacco or nicotine products or who has quit using tobacco and nicotine products.
ii. 1. Program Period
This “IQOS ILUMA and lil SOLID Consumer Registration Reward” ("Program") is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Level 25, 1 Powerhouse, No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Organizer”) and will run from 1 November 2024 onwards or any other period as announced from time to time (“Program Period”).
2. Eligibility
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, this Program is only open to both newly and existing registered users residing in Malaysia during the Program Period who has purchased an IQOS ILUMA or lil SOLID device (“Device”) and registered as a user via the applicable registration microsite or digital trade engagement platform (“DTE”) (“Registered User”) from 1 November 2023.
3. Criteria
The Registered User shall be entitled to receive the registration reward (“Reward”) stipulated below :-

9. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any expired, lost or stolen TNG credit. No replacement of the Reward will be provided by the Organizer.

6. The Reward is not applicable for Devices purchased and/or registered in IQOS Authorised Centre, IQOS.com, IQOS Official Store on Lazada and Shopee, or through IQOS Care Team.
7. The Reward will be sent to the Registered User via EMAIL through the Registered User’s validated email address within thirty (30) days from the date the Registered User is successfully recorded as a validated user in the IQOS database.
8. The TNG credit is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance. It can be redeemed at any TNG merchant including IQOS Authorised Centre.
9. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any expired, lost or stolen TNG credit. No replacement of the Reward will be provided by the Organizer.
10. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to perform an audit check on the registration transactions, including but not limited to the eligibility of the Registered User(s). In the event that the Registered User(s) are discovered to be a non-smoker, or aged below 18 years old , or not being a genuine purchaser/user of the Devices, or uncontactable by any means, the Organizer reserves the right not to honor, forfeits, withdraws or terminates the Reward if the Reward have been forwarded to the Registered User.
11. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Rewards with other products of the equivalent value at any time without prior notice.

12. The Organizer decisions on all matters relating to the Program will be final and binding.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organizer of the Program shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any losses or damages suffered.
14. The Organizer reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions on the Organizer’s website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. 15. The Organizer reserves the right not to honor the reward or disqualify the any eligible person from participating the Program if there is suspicion of fraud, any illegal activity, or any activity which is not approved or authorised by the Organizer.

Program Period
1. This “Self-Activation Consumer Registration Rebate” ("Program") is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Level 25, 1 Powerhouse, No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Organizer”) and will run from 1 March 2025 onwards or any other period as announced from time to time (“Program Period”).
Eligibility
2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, this Program opens to both newly and existing registered users residing in Malaysia during the Program Period who has purchased an IQOS ILUMA ONE (“Device”) and registered as a user via digital trade engagement platform (“DTE”) (“Registered User”) from 1 March 2025.
Criteria
3. The Registered User shall be entitled to receive the registration Rebate (“Rebate”) stipulated below:-
