IQOS CLUB – Terms and Conditions

As an IQOS Club member, you’ll be bound by the terms and conditions of the scheme, and the terms and conditions governing the member benefits you receive. See section A below for the former, and section B below for the latter.

A. Scheme and Membership Terms

Eligibility and Membership

1. IQOS Club is a loyalty programme available for IQOS users, aged 18 or older, based in the UK with a genuine IQOS device bought in the UK.  

2. IQOS Club is an inclusive part of our services; it was made widely available to new and existing IQOS customers on 04 October 2022.

3. Membership to IQOS Club is limited to one per unique IQOS user.

4. To start earning points you must:

                  i. register for an IQOS account; and

                  ii. link an eligible device to that account.

5. To start accessing the IQOS Club benefits you must activate your membership by accepting these terms and conditions. Do this by visiting https://www.iqos.com/gb/en/loyalty.html and follow the ‘Join Now’ instructions we provide.

6. You can choose to deactivate your membership or ‘opt-out’ of IQOS Club at any time. Just visit our privacy centre at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en/consumer/.

Eligibility Exceptions:

Eligibility for IQOS Club is dictated by points 1-3 in Eligibility and Membership, accordingly a ZYN or VEEV product or consumable purchase does not trigger eligibility.

Points

7. You can earn points for a range of predefined activities described at https://www.iqos.com/gb/en/loyalty.html. For some activities, we set caps on the number of points that can be earned. For example, you can currently earn a maximum of 500 points for buying IQOS accessories.

8. You earn points between 01 January and 31 December (the “Status Period”). The first time you accept our terms of use and activate your IQOS Club membership, points will accrue, and last for, two consecutive Status Periods. Otherwise, points do not rollover and at the start of every new Status Period your points balance will reset to zero; and your membership level will be updated according to the points accrued during the previous Status Period.

9. It may take up to 48 hours to apply points to your IQOS Club account.

10. Unless otherwise stated, points are for personal use only and not redeemable for cash, refundable or exchangeable.

11. You must not attempt to obtain points fraudulently. We reserve the right to remove any points we reasonably suspect have been obtained in breach of our terms and conditions or contrary to any instructions that we provided to you.

12. If you’re an existing IQOS user that registered for an IQOS account and linked an IQOS device before 04 October 2022, your promotional ‘welcome points’ will be dated 25 August 2022 on your IQOS Club point History. This is for technical reasons only.

13. If you opt out of IQOS Club, you’ll lose access to membership benefits but will continue to accrue points for the remainder of the Status Period. If you choose to rejoin IQOS Club in the future, points earned in the preceding Status Period will be count towards your newly assigned membership level. You will only lose your points if you, or we, choose to terminate your IQOS account. If we terminate your IQOS account, your personal information will be fully deleted from our customer management data bases.

14. Points can be earned through the purchase of all products on IQOS.com including VEEV and ZYN related products.

15. For every £10 spent on IQOS.com your IQOS Club account will be credited with 5 IQOS points.

Membership Levels & Benefits

16. IQOS Club has three membership levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your membership level determines the benefits you’re entitled to. Unless we tell you otherwise, when you first activate your IQOS Club membership, you’ll be a Silver member.

17.  Benefits are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Some benefits will only become available (i) 90 days after activating your IQOS Club membership; and/or (ii) for active IQOS Club members – this means you must have made at least one purchase on iqos.com or completed an activity that enabled you to earn points within the current Status Period. Unless we tell you otherwise, your benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be used within the Status Period gifted. If you’re eligible for benefits provided by third parties, additional terms may apply.

18.  Membership benefits might include vouchers or discount codes for use when buying products directly from us. These benefits are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be available.

Data Privacy / Communications

19.  We use all relevant information you provide to us, or that we collect from you, to help us administer IQOS Club and facilitate your participation in the loyalty programme.

20.  If you register for IQOS Club, this does not require you to opt into marketing. However, it will limit the number of benefits and rewards that you can access. For full details, visit your IQOS Club profile.

General

22.  We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, withdraw or modify the benefits we provide or withdraw the IQOS Club loyalty programme in its entirety. If we do this, we’ll give active IQOS Club members that are negatively impacted by the change advance warning, normally 30 days. Where we can, we’ll try to give you more than 30 days’ notice and provide you with written notice via email. Notices may also be published on our website at https://www.iqos.com/gb/en/loyalty.html.

23.  If we reasonably suspect that you are:

                     i. misusing IQOS Club and its associated benefits; or

                     ii. acting in breach of these terms and conditions; or

                     iii. otherwise acting unlawfully,

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your IQOS Club profile with immediate effect. If this happens, we shall be entitled revoke any unused benefits you were legitimately eligible for prior to termination.

24. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for IQOS Club, the availability of benefits, or your adherence to these terms shall be resolved by us and at our sole discretion. Our final decision shall be binding.

25. These terms are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.                                                                                                                                                              

B. Benefit Terms

IQOS CLUB Benefits- In addition to our IQOS Club Member terms and conditions, the following terms also apply to the benefits you’re eligible to receive as an IQOS Club member:

1. Welcome Gift: New IQOS Club members, activating their Club account for the first time, can get £10 off their first order from iqos.com when spending at least £50 in a single transaction during the first 30 days of becoming a member. Order will qualify for free delivery.  Offer can be redeemed once per unique IQOS customer and cannot be combined with any other offer.

2. Monthly Offer: Once each calendar month, all IQOS Club Members spending at least £100 in a single transaction on iqos.com will get either £10 (Silver members), £15 (Gold members) or £20 (Platinum members) off their order. Discount is automatically applied at basket. You must use of lose this benefit each month, it does not roll over.

3. Refer a Friend: You must obtain permission from your adult smoker friend before making a referral. Your single use voucher can be used as soon as your friend has successfully used the refer a friend code that you provide. There is no minimum basket spend to use your voucher, however if the value of your basket is worth less than your voucher you will not be able to claim the difference from us. 4. Second Device: Active IQOS Club Members that have been a member for at least three months are eligible to receive a voucher for a discounted device from our current range of IQOS products. The voucher will be sent, via email, on a date of our choosing. The voucher must be used within the Status Period gifted, and can only be redeemed on iqos.com. Discount cannot be used in combination with any other offer.

5. Birthday benefit: Active IQOS Club Members that have been with us for at least three calendar months are eligible to receive one voucher per Status Period providing money off selected, full price, items on iqos.com. Voucher will be provided by email, at time of our choosing on or around the date you told us it was your birthday. If you’re not eligible for the voucher on the date of your birthday, you’ll have to wait until your next birthday before getting this benefit.  Vouchers must be used within the Status Period gifted.

6. Anniversary benefit: Active IQOS Club Members that have been with us for 12 calendar months are eligible to receive an anniversary reward comprising of a free accessory and/or money off voucher. Reward depends on your status. We’ll send you details of the reward by email on or around your 12-month anniversary. Rewards must be used within the following Status Period, or earlier if stated. Any reward or money off voucher provided can only be used on selected, full price, items on iqos.com. Rewards will be provided to you, by email, at time of our choosing on or around the date you became an IQOS Club Member. Reward cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
