What should I do if my VEEV NOW doesn’t work? 

If your device doesn’t work, it may be related to one of the following reasons, in which case you’ll need to purchase a new device:

•    Battery is depleted: No LED turning ON.

•    Device error: The LED lights pulse 2 times.

•    Device error: or the LED turns on while puffing but no vape.

What do the lights on my VEEV NOW Vaping Device mean?

VEEV NOW is designed for simplicity and convenience of use. A simple LED lighting system shares updates on battery status. The LED will turn on while you puff to indicate the device is working. 

•    Device is ON: The LED will turn on while you puff to indicate that the device is working.

•    Battery depleted: LED will pulse 10 times and switch off.

•    Battery depleted: No LED turning ON.

•    Device error: The LED lights pulse 2 times.

•    Device error: or the LED turns on while puffing but no vape. Change the device.
