What should I do if my IQOS device is not working?

If your IQOS device isn’t working, you can reset it. 

IQOS 2.4 PLUS:

  • You can reset your IQOS 2.4 PLUS device by simultaneously pressing and then releasing the Bluetooth and Power buttons until all lights briefly blink
IQOS 3:
  • To reset IQOS 3™ device, please, press and hold the IQOS 3™ Pocket Charger Button for 10 seconds, then release.
  • Battery Status light will fade, blink twice, and then progressively fade in to confirm the reset.
IQOS 3 MULTI:
  • To reset IQOS 3 MULTI™ device, please, press and hold the Button for 10 seconds, then release.
  • Battery Status Light and Status Light will fade in and out to confirm the reset.
IQOS 3 DUO:
  • To reset IQOS 3 DUO device, please, press the Pocket Charger Button for 10 seconds (until lights fade out), then release.
  • All Status Lights will turn OFF, blink three times, and progressively fade in, to confirm the RESET.
