The white lights mean your IQOS device is charging, rebooting, ready to use or fully charged.
If your IQOS light blinks twice, the device is either too cold (below 0°C) or too hot (above 50°C). Simply wait for your IQOS device to warm up or cool down before you use it again.
If you see a red light:
- on the bottom of your IQOS Pocket Charger light indicator, simply reset your IQOS device.
- blinking on your Holder, please reset your IQOS device .
