If the light blinks twice, your device is either too cold (below 0°C) or too hot (above 50°C). Wait for your IQOS 3 MULTI to warm up or cool down before you use it.
If you see a blinking red light, there might be an issue with your IQOS 3 MULTI.
Simply reset it and try using it again.
If the red light still shows, get in touch with our Customer Support or ask for help at your nearest IQOS store.
