Can I Track my Order?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been packed and dispatched for delivery, it will be updated in the “My Orders” section of your account. As your parcel is then processed and fulfilled by our 3rd party carrier (either DPD or Royal Mail, depending on the selection made) you will continue to receive tracking updates.
Where Can I find my Order Number from IQOS.com?
After order placement, your order (along with the order number) will be added to the “My Orders” section of your account. You will also receive an order confirmation email which contains your order number inside.
How do I Check the Status of my Shipment?
You will be able to monitor the delivery status via the link you will receive from DPD or Royal Mail. You will also be able to verify the delivery attempts already made and any problems the courier may encounter.
I received shipping confirmation. Why sasn't my Order arrived?
Our 3rd party carrier (either Royal Mail or DPD) will email to notify you of their estimated delivery date. Where DPD is selected as the delivery method, orders placed before 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be shipped the next day (depending on your location, some parcels may take longer).
Where Royal mail is selected as the delivery method, orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery timings may be impacted by public holidays and external events.
