What is LEVIA?
LEVIA is a zero-tobacco stick.
LEVIA provides a flavourful nicotine experience without liquid. It contains nicotine, but does not contain tobacco. Instead, it contains a special plant-derived plug* that delivers a nicotine-containing aerosol.
With zero tobacco but full flavour (a complete, rich, intense, and well-rounded taste), you can experience a clean aftertaste and a pleasant scent.
LEVIA is designed to be used only with IQOS ILUMA devices – IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE.
LEVIA sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive.
*The term “derived from plants” exclusively refers to the component parts of the sticks. It does not mean that this product is safer than other sticks used with IQOS ILUMA.
How can LEVIA contain nicotine if there is no tobacco inside?
LEVIA is a zero-tobacco product that delivers full flavour (a complete, rich, intense, and well-rounded taste).
We mix nicotine that is extracted from the tobacco with other ingredients to form a plant- derived material.*
The nicotine is released when the stick is heated by the device and generates a nicotine-containing aerosol.

Why is there an aluminium wrap on LEVIA pack?
LEVIA is a zero-tobacco product that delivers full flavour (a complete, rich, intense, and well-rounded taste). Since it contains an innovative nicotine containing plant-derived material*, it requires additional protection.
LEVIA’s plant-derived plug tends to easily absorb humidity and, therefore, it requires a special sealed packaging with aluminium. This ensures product freshness and protects the sticks from external humidity and glycerin evaporation.
For the optimal experience, please, always remember to keep your pack closed.
Why should I update my IQOS ILUMA firmware to use LEVIA?
If you do not have the latest IQOS ILUMA firmware (4.0), you may not fully benefit from an optimal experience with LEVIA.
The new firmware version enables to recognize a LEVIA stick vs. TEREA stick and customize the experience accordingly.
IQOS ILUMA device without this firmware will still function and heat the LEVIA stick. However, it will not adapt to a different product and you may not get the optimal experience with LEVIA.
Does LEVIA have an expiry date?
No, LEVIA does not have an expiry date. However, we recommend using the product within 12 months to ensure an optimal experience.
How long does a pack of LEVIA last after I open them?
After you opened LEVIA pack, please ensure proper closure of the pack every time you take a stick. For an optimal experience, we do not recommend keeping the opened pack for more than 7 days.
The front plug of my LEVIA stick looks melted or deformed after the use. Is this normal?
If the front plug of your LEVIA stick appears melted or deformed (the part that goes inside the device), your device is perfectly fine. This happens because the stick is not perfectly or fully inserted in the device. Please, check if the melted front plug is not stuck inside the device and remove it before the next use.
To ensure you do not face this issue in the future, please, correctly insert the LEVIA stick to the line on the filter, with coloured part facing outside.
