You can earn points when buying IQOS products directly from us or when you successfully complete activities we invite you to participate in. We may set caps on the number of points you can earn for undertaking some activities – we’ll let you know if we do this. As you grow your balance of points, you move through our membership tiers. Each membership tier provides you with access to a specific set of benefits.
If you’re new to IQOS CLUB, your points will accrue and last for two Status Periods before resetting.
All benefits are listed on the IQOS CLUB benefits page, see here. Unless we tell you otherwise, benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be used within the calendar year the benefit was gifted to you.
IQOS CLUB points normally accrue between January and December –we call these Status Periods’; at the end of the Status Period, your balance will reset to zero, and you’ll move up, down or stay within the same membership tier depending on your balance from the previous Status Period.
