How Does IQOS Use My Personal Information?
We respect the privacy of our adult consumers. Therefore, IQOS’ use of personal information is taken very seriously. We use information about you only in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We may collect various types of information about you, such as:
- Information necessary to fulfil your orders.
- Information necessary to provide warranty services.
- Information you provide us in forms or surveys.
- Information you provide us in calls or communication you make to our Customer Care Team.
This information can be collected in various ways, including the following:
- You may provide us with information directly (e.g. if you register to receive information from us).
- We may collect information automatically (e.g. when you use a PMI app or website, subject to your Cookie Acceptance).
We will hold information about you until it has fulfilled the purpose it was collected for in the first place. After that, we will delete it. The timeframe for this will vary depending on the purposes for which the information was collected.
In some circumstances, you have the right to request us to delete all of your personal data we have stored. Please note, we are sometimes legally obliged to retain information - for example, for tax and accounting purposes.

Can You Erase All My IQOS Data?
You have the right to request us to delete your information, as we respect that you might no longer be willing to continue a consumer relationship with us. In this case, we shall review whether we have any pending activities, such as open orders, device warranties etc., that we will need to close prior to deleting your consumer profile.
Please keep in mind that:
- After deleting your consumer profile, you won’t be able to log-in to your account anymore.
- Within the next 3 days from requesting us to delete your data, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the status of your request.
How Do You Unsubscribe from the Distribution List for Commercial Offers?
There is a way to unsubscribe from our commercial offers and communications if you wish. You can opt out of our direct marketing list by selecting the “unsubscribe” link present on email or SMS communications.
Alternatively, you can adjust your communication preferences under the ‘My Account’ section of IQOS.com.
