Can IQOS Cleaning Sticks be used to clean the device?

Yes, you can use the cleaning sticks to remove minor tobacco residues in your IQOS™ Holder or Cap. Insert the IQOS™ Cleaning Stick straight along the chamber, avoid pushing or hitting against the blade. Clean the area of the bottom of the heating chamber by half-arch, but not circular movements.
