To take advantage of IQOS ILUMA trade in offer and buy devices with an exclusive discount, it is necessary to return the complete device, which consists of a pocket charger and a holder (for IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4+, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO) or only a holder (for IQOS 3 MULTI,). It is not necessary to return the charging cable, original packaging or other accessories to take advantage of the offer.

IQOS ILUMA Trade In: Terms and Conditions
1. If you’re a consumer resident in the UK and with (i) an IQOS account, and (ii) an IQOS Originals or IQOS Duo device registered to your IQOS account, you’re eligible to request a Trade-In.
2. You can request a Trade-In if you buy direct from us via our website, customer care team or in one of our retail stores (checkout the store locator on iqos.com for further details).
3. Before we accept your Trade-In request, we’ll (i) check your eligibility to participate, (ii) undertake fraud prevent checks, and (iii) ask you to provide details of your existing (and registered) device that you will be required to send to us in exchange for a discounted IQOS Starter Kit (the ‘Original Device’). If we accept your Trade-In request, you can then buy a new IQOS Starter Kit at the Trade-In Prices listed below.

4. Once you’ve successfully purchased your Starter Kit, and we’ve told you it is on its way, we’ll send an email with a postage label and instructions for returning your Original Device. These instructions, and any additional information that we might provide, will form part of these terms and conditions.
Your Original Device
5. The device that you send to us in exchange for a discount on your new IQOS Starter Kit must be owned by you and registered to your IQOS account. It must also power on and be functional.
6. We can refuse to provide you with a Trade-In if you have previously requested a Trade-In but:
a. we did not receive your Original Device within 30 days of sending you an email with your postage label; or
b. the Original Device we received did not meet the criteria set out at clause 3(iii) or clause 5 of these terms and conditions; or
c. we reasonably suspect that you’re attempting to defraud us or are otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
Your Rights
7. Using the IQOS Trade-In programme does not prevent you from exercising your rights to return your new Starter Kit during your 14-day cooling off period or if you choose to exercise your rights pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, we will be unable to return your Original Device; instead, you can request a replacement ‘good as new’ device that is similar to your Original Device. If you take advantage of this option, you’ll be able to register this replacement device to your IQOS account, but you will not be eligible for a new 12-month warranty.
Personal Information
8. We will collect and store some of the personal information you provide when you place a Trade-In request for the purpose of processing your order, fraud prevention purposes and for enforcing our rights under clause 6 of these terms and conditions. We do not store any financial information you provide but this will be stored by our payment services provider Adyen. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use and protect your personal information.
Other Conditions and Important Information
9. If you have more than one eligible device registered to your account that can be used for Trade-In, you’ll be entitled to request up to three Trade-Ins (per unique IQOS customer) per calendar year. If you’re an IQOS customer with more than one account with us, we may use information that we hold a bout you to assess whether you’re attempting to circumvent this restriction.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend this Trade-In scheme, at our discretion, and without notice.
11. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
12. Each clause of these terms operates separately. If any competent court or authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
13. If we delay in enforcing any of the terms of this contract, it will not prevent us taking steps to do so at a later date.
These terms are governed by English law and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales
