Connecting to the IQOS App
Connecting to the IQOS app can be done in just a few simple steps. Note that you can only connect to the app via iOS or Windows.
How to Connect to the IQOS App Using iOS
If you’re using iOS, follow the steps below to connect to the IQOS app.
- Download Bluefy (a smart web browser that facilitates iPhone to website connections via Bluetooth).
- Visit IQOS.com and log in. If you haven’t got an account with us yet, make sure to create an account beforehand.
- Once on your IQOS.com account, go to “My devices”.
- Add your device (if you haven’t already done so) using the serial code from the BOX.
- Once you have added a device, click “View details” > “Manage device”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully connect to the IQOS app.
How to Connect to the IQOS App Using Windows
The way you connect to the IQOS app will differ if you use Windows. When using this operating system, please use the following steps to connect to the IQOS app.
- Open Chrome or Edge Browser.
- Visit IQOS.com and log in. If you don’t have an IQOS account, make sure to create one beforehand.
- Once logged into your IQOS.com account, go to “My devices”.
- Add your IQOS device (if you haven’t already done so) using the serial code from the BOX.
- Once the device has been added, click “View details” > “Manage device”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully connect to the IQOS app.
