In the main menu, select the model of your device by pressing the right button:
1 – IQOS
3 – lil
4 – ILUMA
Afterwards, you need select the region Asia by pressing button 4. Wait a few moments, then to select the country Kyrgyzstan, press 996.​

You’re never overlooked overseas 

If your IQOS device breaks or stops working while you're away from home, we're here to help you. If you are eligible for device replacement and you are in a country where IQOS is available, in the event of breakdown, we'll get a replacement to you*.​

You just need to register on the IQOS website and link your device to the account before you leave.
