Supermarkets, Convenience, and Specialty Stores Rewards Voucher Program

Terms & Conditions | IQOS Philippines

I. GENERAL

1. The Supermarkets, Convenience, and Specialty Stores Rewards Voucher Program details provided in Sections II and III below is open to legal age users, who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Program) and above residing in the Philippines and who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

2. The Program shall be available only in select branches of the listed retailer partners below, more particularly listed in Section IV below (“Store List”). The mentioned retail partners are considered official distributors of the IQOS Devices.

o Robinsons Supermarket Group (Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, Shopwise)

o 7-Eleven branches

o Lighters Galore

o DJ Shop

o Green Puff

o Sondrik

o FUMA

o Planet Vape

3. The Promo period is from August 15, 2023 until supplies last.

4. Notwithstanding the Program period, the Customer agrees that PMFTC has the sole and exclusive right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the Program and/or its rules/mechanics/terms/conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, upon notice to the Customer.

5. PMFTC reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to join or participate in the Program shall be automatically disqualified.

6. PMFTC reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Promo shall be announced accordingly.

7. By participating in the Program, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Promo. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

II. MECHANICS

1. Customer who purchases his or her first IQOS device or does not have an IQOS device registered to an IQOS.com account shall be eligible to participate in the Program.

2. To facilitate the purchase in any mentioned retailer partners in Section I, the Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.

3. After paying for his or her IQOS device at the store counter and has successful registered his or her first IQOS device using the IQOS self-registration platform, the Customer shall receive a Rewards Voucher sent via SMS and/or email. Mobile number and Email used by Customer for his/her account creation will be the details used by PMFTC in disbursing the Rewards Voucher.

o Get PHP 100 Giftaway Voucher when you register your FIRST BONDS BY IQOS device. You will receive this via SMS in the 1-3 days upon device registration.

o Get PHP 200 Giftaway Voucher when you register your FIRST IQOS ORIGINALS ONE. You will receive this via SMS in the 1-3 days upon device registration.

If Customer applies the Member-Get-Member (MGM) / Refer-A-Friend (RAF) promo code, Customers gets additional Rewards Voucher on top of the mentioned first device registration rewards voucher.

o Get PHP 500 Giftaway Voucher for IQOS ORIGINALS ONE device. You will receive this via SMS in the 1-3 days upon device registration.

o Get PHP 250 Giftaway Voucher for BONDS BY IQOS device. You will receive this via SMS in the 1-3 days upon device registration.

4. This Promo can only be availed once during the first-time registration of his or her IQOS device.

5. Only Customers who have opted-in to receiving marketing communications shall receive the IQOS-related promo communications.

III. OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon shall be entertained.

2. Customers in the Promo agree and confirm the following:

· that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of your participation in the Program;

· that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;

· that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Program;

· that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Promo from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such losses and/or injuries are caused.

4. PMFTC shall not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Promo.
