ILUMA PRIME DELIGHT OFFER – DELI BY CHELE GOURMET BOX Terms & Conditions

I. General

1. The ILUMA PRIME DELIGHT OFFER – DELI BY CHELE GOURMET BOX with details provided in Sections II and III below (“Offer”) is open to legal age smokers or users of other nicotine-containing products who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in Metro Manila, Philippines (“Customer”), and who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products.

2. The Offer can be availed thru the IQOS Official Stores in Metro Manila (physical) and IQOS.com. IQOS Stores are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.

3. The Offer period is from March 1, 2024 – April 30, 2024 or until supplies last. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

5. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

9. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. Mechanics

a. The ILUMA PRIME DELIGHT OFFER – DELI BY CHELE GOURMET BOX allows all Customers who purchase an IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT from IQOS.com and thru the IQOS Official Stores in Metro Manila (physical) to get one (1) Deli by Chele Gourmet Box.

b. To be eligible to participate in the Program:

i. The legal aged user must purchase an IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT from IQOS Official Stores in Metro Manila (physical) or IQOS.com from March 1 – April 31, 2024.

ii. Purchased IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT need to be linked to the legal aged user’s IQOS.COM account.

iii. The Customer’s registered address in IQOS.COM should be within Metro Manila. Eligible purchases are also only the ones purchased in Metro Manila.

c. All Customers who purchase an IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT during the Offer period will receive one (1) Deli by Chele Gourmet Box until supplies last. The Offer does not include ILUMA PRIME KIT purchases made before the Offer period. The Offer is also limited to ILUMA PRIME KIT only and does not include ILUMA KIT, ILUMA ONE KIT, ILUMA PRIME HOLDER or ILUMA PRIME CHARGER purchases.

d. Upon purchase of an ILUMA PRIME KIT, the Customer will receive a leave behind card as proof of participation to the Offer. This leave behind card does not function as a proof of purchase and is not a prerequisite in joining the Offer. If the Customer purchased an IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT and was not given a leave behind card, the Customer can still participate in the Offer as long as an ILUMA PRIME KIT purchase was made, the ILUMA PRIME KIT device is linked to his account, and the Customer can provide a proof of purchase/official sales receipt upon delivery of the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. 

e. Every legal aged user is allowed to purchase a total of 4 devices per quarter, regardless of IQOS channel. However, this Offer allows all Customers who purchase the IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT from IQOS.com or IQOS Official Stores in Metro Manila (physical) only to get one (1) Deli by Chele Gourmet Box per transaction.

f. Qualified Customers will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before handover during delivery of his Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. The following are valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

g. All qualified Customers will be contacted by the Deli by Chele customer support team using their registered mobile number in their IQOS.COM account starting March 9, 2024. The Deli by Chele customer support team will ask the legal aged user to confirm his/her Customer details (name, age, delivery address and contact number) including the co-dentify and sales order number of the ILUMA PRIME KIT they purchased.

h. Deli by Chele’s authorized third-party delivery providers will deliver the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box within the period of March 10 – May 10, 2024. They will require the qualified Customer to present any valid Government Issued ID as well as the leave behind card or proof of purchase/original sales receipt before turning over the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. If the Customer cannot provide the leave behind card or the proof of purchase/original sales receipt, the third-party delivery provider will not give the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. If the Customer provides the leave behind card or proof of purchase/original sales receipt, the third-party delivery provider will give the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box and will ask the Customer to sign an acknowledgement form.

i. Deli by Chele authorized third-party delivery provider will communicate and coordinate the delivery details and will attempt to deliver the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box at a maximum of one (1) time only. If the Customer cannot receive the delivery within fifteen (15) minutes during the first delivery attempt, the Offer is considered forfeited.

j. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery (ILUMA PRIME KIT and Deli by Chele Gourmet Box, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of the representative for identity check and age verification
b) Copy of your valid government issued ID for identity check and age verification
c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that you are authorizing the representative to receive the orders.

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

k. Deli by Chele Gourmet Boxes are not convertible to cash. The images of the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box shown in IQOS communication materials are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the content of the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. The content of the Deli by Chele Gourmet Box is subject to availability of products,

l. PMFTC’s obligation ends after the Deli by Chele Gourmet Boxes have been delivered to the LAU who purchased IQOS ILUMA PRIME KIT.

m. Specific for ILUMA PRIME KIT deliveries, AAI’s courier will communicate and coordinate the details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

  • For credit card transactions:
  • For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times
  • For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times
  • You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

n. PMFTC reserves the right to verify the Customer’s eligibility in the Offer and disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

III. OTHERS

1. The IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
  • that by participating in the Offer, you confirm your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by PMFTC and its third-party agencies for the purpose of the delivery of your Deli by Chele Gourmet Box. We will retain your personal data until the end of the Offer period, and we will processed process it in accordance with the PMI Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en/consumer/.
