ILUMA Launch Direct Retail Exclusive Offer Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

1. The ILUMA Launch Direct Retail Exclusive Offer (“Offer”) is open to the following Customers who are:

a. Adult smokers who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; 

b. Registered members of IQOS.com; and

c. Purchased an IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit or an IQOS ILUMA Kit.

2. The Offer is only redeemable in designated touchpoints including the Launch Event on September 30, 2023 at Manila Marriott Hotel and Pocket Events to be announced at selected IQOS Stores. IQOS Stores are owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). IQOS Stores are operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.

3. The Offer Period shall be from the applicable Offer Start Date indicated below until supplies last, and is limited to a maximum of one (1) redemption per Customer in the designated touchpoints throughout the Offer Period. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

7. Should a scenario occur wherein an individual has multiple IQOS accounts, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to allow only one redemption of the Offer.

MECHANICS

1. The ILUMA Launch Direct Retail Exclusive Offer gives the Customers a free IQOS ILUMA Accessory Bundle when they purchase an IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit or an IQOS ILUMA Kit at the following designated touchpoints during the Offer Period indicated below:

3. The Offer can only be availed by Customer with the following eligibility requirements:

a. Adult smoker who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; 

b. Registered member of IQOS.com; and

c. Purchased an IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit or an IQOS ILUMA Kit.

4. The free IQOS ILUMA Accessory Bundle will depend on which IQOS ILUMA Kit is purchased by the Customer: 

a. If the Customer purchases an IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit, he/she will get the following accessories: Ring Set, Wrap, Sleeve, and a Ceramic Tray

b. If the Customer purchases an IQOS ILUMA Kit, he/she will get the following accessories: Ring Set, Door Cover, and a SleevePlus

5. Only one (1) IQOS ILUMA Accessory Bundle may be availed of by the Customer throughout the Offer Period. Upon receipt of the IQOS ILUMA Accessory Bundle, Customer shall sign an acknowledgment receipt stating that it was received in good condition.

6. The free IQOS ILUMA Accessory Bundle is non-transferrable, nor can it be exchanged for any other IQOS product in selected IQOS Stores.

OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of September 30, 2023. 

b. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein. 

c. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer. 

d. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

3. PMFTC will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from this Offer.

4. By redeeming the Offer and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer also confirms his/her consent to Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer. 

5. The Customer understands that they are entitled to certain rights in relation to the personal data collected, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission of violation of your right as a data subject. consistent with Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

6. By participating in the Offer, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to grant PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service providers the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture his/her likeness and any statement or testimonial, oral or written, in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or any payment to the Participant. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to use or disseminate the media.
