Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

  1. The BONDS by IQOS Stick Case Promo with details provided in Sections II and III below (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”). 
  2. The Offer can be availed thru select IQOS and BONDS by IQOS booths in Quezon City. IQOS and BONDS by IQOS booths are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.
  3. The Offer period of the BONDS by IQOS Stick Case Promo is from June 21, 2023 to December 31, 2023 or until supplies last, whichever comes first. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
  4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
  5. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
  6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
  7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

  9. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. MECHANICS

  1. A legal adult consumer (Customer) will purchase a BONDS by IQOS device kit during the Offer period.
  2. The Offer is a one-time offer wherein the Customer purchases the BONDS by IQOS device kit and receive one (1) free BONDS by IQOS Stick Case. 
  3. Customers can avail of the BONDS by IQOS Stick Case Promo in any of the following points-of-sale: 
  • IQOS and BONDS by IQOS booth in Quezon City (physical)

III. OTHERS

  1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
  2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
